What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle and natural method of stress reduction and energy balancing. It is based on the idea that life force energy flows through all of us, and when this energy is low or blocked, we are more likely to feel stress, fatigue, or illness.

During a session, the client remains fully clothed and lies comfortably on a massage table or sits in a chair. The practitioner uses gentle hand placements either directly on or just above the body to support the flow of energy. Most clients experience deep relaxation, a sense of warmth or tingling, and emotional or physical release.

Whether experienced through hands-on touch or sent from a distance, Reiki helps clear blockages, restore harmony, and promote a deep sense of peace.
